Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers

The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 requires persons with cooling towers and evaporative condensers (notifiable devices) on their work premises to notify their local authority and provide them with written information on:

Notification is not required if the notifiable device contains no water exposed to air and their water and electricity supply is not connected.
