Lucy Harrison has been working in Leysdown and meeting local traders and residents during the winter months when there are no holidaymakers. Her project is inspired by the conversations she has had with local people, and she has developed a series of silkscreened posters to be displayed in various sites in the town, including inside local businesses. The work responds to how people feel about Leysdown, a place which completely changes according to the seasons.

Lucy Harrison worked in conjunction with the writer for Voices of Leysdown project, Rosa Ainley and to hold an pub quiz event which will take the form of a pub quiz based on local histories, stories and rumours. Performance artist Frog Morris compared, animating in an entertaining manner the series of quick fire rounds of questions. The pub quiz was well attended with over 30 guests, participants were invited to draw their own Sea monster in between answering question relating to Leysdown-on -Sea both on historical fact and Myths.

The winners received a range of prizes, from local souvenirs, to beach towels, to vouchers for meat from the Local butcher and fish and chips for four people.
