inspirational short film 365 days -
Reijo Kela’s video diary of 1999
and an opportunity to visit his latest
Hei People installation.
Hei People
is a series of wonderfully wacky public art installations by the
internationally acclaimed Finnish performance artist Reijo Kela,
initiated by the North Kent Local Authorities Arts Partnership (NKLAAP).
A total of 646 scarecrow-esque figures have been magically
appearing overnight across north Kent since May 07.
