Ceramic Residency

Queenborough & Rushenden March-April  2010

This is an exciting residency opportunity to be part of a pioneering scheme that seeks to embed creativity within regeneration practice and to support ambitious plans for urban renewal.

We have commissioned a Jose Den Hartog ceramic artist to develop a new limited edition commemorative ceramic artwork, engaging the public in the creative process through a series of workshops. The Residency will be held at the new Castle Connections space in Queenborough, and the artist will have use of the facilities on offer there.

The final artwork will be launched by Art at the Centre during September 2010 during a special event planned for the Isle of Sheppey.
